<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute correction optimal in relation with the whole image with a notice image as the center to improve correction effect when detecting and correcting the notice image inside the image. <P>SOLUTION: A detection process wherein the notice image is a blue sky is executed in S1001, and it is decided whether or not a final candidate is detected as a processing result of the blue sky detection, in S1002. When detecting the final candidate, it advances to S1004, a characteristic amount of an image area detected with the final candidate is acquired, and a detection success rate is calculated. It is decided in step S1005 whether or not setting of the success rate of the notice image detection is 98% or above, it advances to step S1006 when the success rate is matched, and a correction strength table is generated and is stored, It is decided in step S1007 whether or not the setting of the success rate of the notice image detection is 80% or above, the correction strength table is generated and is stored.
