<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera with which photographing can be performed while viewing a television. <P>SOLUTION: If a mode of the camera is set to a television mode by a mode switch 42, a television video image is displayed on a liquid crystal monitor 30.
