<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera monitoring system capable of efficiently utilizing a function provided by a local supervisory system and a function provided by a wide-area monitoring system and particularly allowing a terminal to control the entire monitoring system. <P>SOLUTION: A management server 5 particularizes a plurality of alarm images received and acquired from a network camera 1 within a prescribed time as an image group belonging to one event group, classifies and stores them, creates a browsing page whereby the image group classified and stored by each event group can be browsed, and informs a mobile terminal 7 about the storage of the image group of a new event group together with a URL for accessing the browsing page.
