PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for a vehicle which can supply hot air and/or cold air to hot/cold storage regardless of operating mode of the air conditioner for the vehicle, contributes to realization of hot/cold storage capable of performing hot/cold storage, and exhibiting original air conditioning performance. SOLUTION: In a heat exchanger for a vehicle, a heat exchanger for heat absorption and a heat exchanger for heat dissipation are arranged in this order in the air circulation direction in an air passage formed in an air conditioning unit, the upstream in the air circulation direction of the heat exchanger for heat dissipation is provided with an inlet-side air mix damper for adjusting air capacity ratio between the air passing through the heat exchanger for heat dissipation and the air bypassing it after passing through the heat exchanger for heat absorption, and the downstream in the air circulation direction of the heat exchanger for heat dissipation is provided with an outlet-side air mix damper for adjusting passing air capacity on the outlet side of the heat exchanger for heat dissipation. The inlet-side air mix damper is provided with an opening for introducing the air to the heat exchanger for heat dissipation, and the outlet-side air mix damper is integrally provided with a guide passage for guiding the hot air introduced from the opening to the heat exchanger for heat dissipation and heat-exchanged to a hot air taking-out port disposed in the air conditioning unit.
