PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an array manufacturing apparatus enhanced in solution utilizing efficiency, capable of being reduced in cost and capable of manufacturing an array of high quality. SOLUTION: The array manufacturing apparatus is constituted so as to fix a biorelated substance on a support and equipped with a holding part of 1 an open cell porous body in which a solution having the biorelated substance dissolved therein is infiltrated (or to which this solution is held). The solution is transferred to the support by bringing the holding part into contact with the support. A sufficiently large amount of the solution is infiltrated in the holding part at the time of transfer to be transferred to the support continuously.
