PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a URI pointer system for receiving MPEG-4 data broadcast in an European DVB network. SOLUTION: A MPEG-2TS provided with a packetted DSM-CC U-U OC is received by a DVB-Multimedia Home Plateform (MHP) terminal, the URI in the TS is found out, an address in the DSM-CC U-U OC is accessed according to the URI, a FSMPEG-4 resource is searched from the DSM-CC U-U OC according to access to the address, and the MPEG-4 resource is decoded. A lidURI provide an object in the DSM-CC U-U OC with a binding name and an access scheme. That is, the lidURI finds out the resource in the MHP OC of a BIFS scene description stream or an object description stream or the like, and an initial object descriptor (IOR) is embedded.
