PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new image processing method and image processor, image processing program and semiconductor device which enable a false color that occurs at an edge due to color interpolating process to be easily and effectively excluded. SOLUTION: In the image processing method for applying false color reducing process to a color difference signal after color interpolating process is applied to image data captured by a color imaging sensor 20, false color reducing process uses a one-dimensional filter (f) for selecting N (N≥4) pixels consecutive in the row direction including a pixel of interest, and a pixel value of the pixel of interest is determined from the remaining pixel values excluding maximum and minimum pixel values from pixel values of the pixels selected by the one-dimensional filter (f).
