PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of preferentially performing the prevention of reverse transfer and the shortening of copying time in accordance with user's requests as to an image forming apparatus comprising a developing device capable of developing an image by developers of a plurality of colors including black and capable of finally transferring developed images of respective colors which are visualized on an image carrier by the developers of the developing device to a transfer material.
