摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing structure for an encoder usable for detecting a rotation angle of a rotation side member to a fixed side member, in which cost reduction and weight decrease can be achieved. SOLUTION: This bearing structure comprises a support shaft 6 of a rotary body, a bearing member 12 engaged and integrated with the support shaft 6, and the fixed side member 14 having an engagement recess 13 to receive the bearing member 12 to be engaged in such a way that the support shaft 6 can be rotatable through the bearing member 12. The bearing member 12 comprises a metal member integrally formed by sheet metal work to include a cylindrical part 12a engaged and integrated with the support shaft 6, and a slidable cylinder part 12b slidably engaged in the engagement recess 13. To the bearing member 12, a tone wheel 15 is fixed. To the fixed side member 14, a sensor 16 is installed to compose a rotary angle detecting encoder 3 to face the tone wheel 15.
