PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a slide rail, capable of providing high-precision traveling without rattling, and a slide rail manufactured by this method. SOLUTION: A tabular raw material 10 having rolling body running grooves 5 is molded by a dies-drawing process of a raw material such as steel sheet. Both side parts of the tabular material 10 including the rolling body running grooves 5 are bent to be raised on the same side to make both wing parts 6 to form an outer rail 2 and an inner rail 3.
