摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid transfer method in which a pump mechanism which is small and simple in structure can be used, and a complicated control is eliminated, and a micro fluid device pump equipped with the pump mechanism which is simple in structure, can be easily manufactured, is excellent in quantitative determination, and can be also applied to gas transfer. SOLUTION: In the fluid transfer method, there is used the micro fluid device pump comprising a valve which opens by producing a pressure difference with fluid compression midway along a capillary tube passage, a first compression part in which a passage cross section is deformed with compression from outside in the passage, and a second compression part which is deformed with pressure from outside between the valve and the first compression part. (1) After the first compression part is compressed to deform the passage cross section, (2) while the first compression part is kept to compress, the second compression part is compressed from outside to deform the passage cross section, the pressure difference is produced in the valve by fluid compression to open the valve, the fluid is transferred from the first compression part into the valve by passing through the valve, and (3) the compression at the first compression part and the second compression part is released.
