PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance of separating oil from blow-by gas containing oil mist. SOLUTION: A cylinder head cover 1 is partitioned to upper and lower space by a baffle plate 21. The upper space is defined as an oil separation space 70, and the oil separation space 70 is partitioned to a plurality of oil separation chambers P1, P2, P3 arranged in an engine fore and aft direction by partition walls W1, W2 leading toward the baffle plate 21 from a ceiling wall part 7 of the cylinder head cover 1. A communication passage 41 communicating adjoining oil separation chambers crosses a cylinder train direction of the engine on the partition walls W1, W2, an opening 41b to a recessed part 19c of the oil separation chamber P1 in an upstream of a blow-by gas flow is formed obliquely up and down direction to be a higher position than an opening 41a to the oil separation chamber P2 in a downstream side.
