PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding shutter fitment capable of giving ventilation in summer time, keeping an airtight state in winter while offering the prevention of crimes as well as giving a house certain protection from the weather and in addition giving energy saving effect in summer and winter. SOLUTION: This fitment is capable of easily offering the configuration of ventilation type or an airtight type sliding shutter fitment as a storm window without removing the shutter fitment in which three fitment including one board of ventilation type shutter 7 and two boards of airtight type shutters 6a and 6b (three shutters in total) are stored in a shutter case 4 thickened at the outer surface side and wall surface side of the building by pulling out the airtight type shutter 6a stored in the central position first and then selecting and pulling out the ventilation type rain door 7 or airtight type shutter door 6b depending on the purpose of the use.
