PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform entering and leaving of vehicles 2a-f by increasing a storing space of the vehicles 2a-f in a lifting base 11 and a storing base 20. SOLUTION: In a multistory parking space, the lifting base 11 is provided so as to integrally lift and lower an upper stage lifting part 13, an intermediate stage lifting part 14 and a lower stage lifting part 15 different in the vertical positions. A storing chamber 5 is provided with an upper stage storing path 17, an intermediate stage storing path 18 and a lower stage storing path 19 different in the vertical positions. The storing base 20 is provided with an upper stage storing part 21, an intermediate stage storing part 22 and a lower stage storing part 23 different in the vertical positions. In the multistory parking space, a specific storing part (the upper stage storing part 21 or the intermediate stage storing part 22 or the lower stage storing part 23) is reciprocally moved to perform exchange of the vehicles 2a-f between the specific lifting part and the specific storing part in a specific storing path in the state where a specific lifting part (the upper stage lifting part 13 or the intermediate stage lifting part 14 or the lower stage lifting part 15) reaches the specific storing path (the upper stage storing path 17 or the intermediate stage storing path 18 or the lower stage storing path 19) by accompanying lifting and lowering of the lifting base 11.
