PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device for a clean room, which prevents disengagement of a shutter for opening/closing a delivery port formed in the clean room having an atmospheric pressure difference with respect to the other room, from guide rails even if the shutter has a large area. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the shutter device, a take-up shaft 22 is arranged on an upper frame of the delivery port 35 formed in the clean room 100 having a cleanliness of class 10 to class 100, and an upper edge 24a of a large-scale roll screen 24 is connected to the take-up shaft. The guide rails 25 for vertically movably guiding both lateral sides of the roll screen 24 each have a slit 27c into which each lateral end of the roll screen 24 is inserted. On the other hand, the roll screen 24 has engaging projections 32a on both lateral edges thereof which are each inserted into the slit 27c to be engaged with the guide rail 25 in a slipout preventive manner. Thus by virtue of engaging force of the engaging projection 32a with the guide rail 25, even if wind pressure occurs from the clean room 100 to a transportation space, the roll screen 24 does not disengage from the guide rails 25.
