PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partial repair-coating material or touch-up coating used for an inorganic cement-based ground widely used in the inside and outside of engineering and construction structures such as concrete, mortar, slate, etc. SOLUTION: This cement spray-coating material consists mainly of a quickly curable cement and powdery organic polymer or the quickly curable cement, gypsum and the organic polymer. contains an inorganic filler such as silica sand, etc., and a coloring material such as an inorganic pigment, etc., and is made as an aerosol. The method for using the same is also provided. Thereby, since the material quality is based on the same cement with the cement-based ground, there is no incompatible feeling on performing a repair-coating. Also, on using the coating material, since it is the aerosol type, anybody can execute the work, and no particular tool or device is necessary. It is suitable for simple use at job site.
