PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite resin material having a new structure, a material which excels in various physical properties such as conductivity, thermal conductivity and mechanical properties, especially excels in conductivity. SOLUTION: The composite resin material is the one in which a filler is dispersed into a resin mixture wherein two or more resin components form a phase separation structure and in which part of the filler penetrates the interfaces between the phases of the contiguous resin components. The composite resin material exhibits superior physical properties with the filler formulated in a small amount, particularly, when a conductive filler is used as the filler, demonstrates high conductivity with incorporation of a small amount of the filler, making an excellent composite resin material without impairing the physical properties inherent to the resin.
