METHOD FOR OBSERVING ACTIVITY OF MINUTE ARTHROPOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply observing or detecting activities of minute arthropods such as mite, living in a residence or substances derived from minute arthropods without requiring a technique needing skill and an expensive reagent. SOLUTION: A fluorescent substance and/or a feed (e.g. dried brewer's yeast) containing a fluorescent substance is fed to minute arthropods and the minute arthropods are irradiated with ultraviolet light so as to observe the activity of the minute arthropods or to detect the minute arthropods or substances derived from the minute arthropods.
