PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode and a separator capable of restraining deterioration of battery characteristics caused by increase of internal impedance, and to provide manufacturing methods of them.

SOLUTION: Insufficiency of a solid electrolyte 7, formed by appropriately gelatinizing nonaqueous electrolyte liquid by a monomer, between electrodes can be prevented by injecting the nonaqueous electrolyte liquid with low viscosity in a battery element 2, of which, at least either a cathode 4, an anode 5, or a separator is impregnated with a monomer in advance, and by polymerizing the monomer dissolved or scattered in the nonaqueous electrolyte liquid permeated in a whole part of the battery element 2, and further, the cathode 4 and the anode 5 are tightly adhered to each other to have resistance reduced, and an internal impedance is restrained low.
