<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct a questionnaire by exactly narrowing down questionnaire candidates. <P>SOLUTION: This questionnaire result tabulation system is provided with a card unit 3 equipped with a reception notification transmission means, a management server 140 equipped with a game center-categorized member attribute information storage means, a questionnaire information input means, a questionnaire candidate member extracting means for extracting a questionnaire candidate and a questionnaire request information transmission means for transmitting the questionnaire request information to the store of the questionnaire candidate and a member management computer 120 equipped with a questionnaire candidate deciding means, a questionnaire candidate deciding means and a questionnaire transmission means.
