<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector having excellent coupling work performance of the flexible substrate, which can be maintained and inspected without releasing the fixation of the flexible substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The electric connector 1 is fixed to a wiring substrate 2 and to which a flexible substrate 3 is coupled, and comprises a fixed connector part 4 to be fixed to the wiring substrate 2 and a coupling connector part 5 to which the above flexible substrate 3 is coupled.
