<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for managing an entry into/an exit from a room, which simplifies installation work, and which easily adapts to the addition of an ID and many types of machines. <P>SOLUTION: This system is equipped with: a noncontact type ID tag 20 which is attached to a building so as to hold a gate ID allocated to a certain gate; a portable reader 10 which has the function of reading the gate ID of the ID tag 20 and which holds a passerby ID allocated to a possessor; a passage-permitted person list storage part 40 for storing the ID of a passerby which is permitted to pass through the gate corresponding to each gate ID; and a gate controller 30 which receives notifications of the gate ID and the passerby ID from the reader 10, which refers to the storage part 40, and which opens the gate via a gate device 50, when the received passerby ID is registered in a passage-permitted person list for the received gate ID. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
