PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication system by which security is improved by combining user authentication by one-time password system to change a password at each authentication with a voice pattern and which is performed with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A voice pattern generating part 103 generates the combination of a plurality of voice patterns among the voice patterns stored in a voice pattern database 112 whenever a user performing access to a computer is authenticated. An authentication key generating part 104 generates an authentication key for collation concerning the generated combination of the voice patterns by referring to a register information database 115 for associating the kinds of the voice patterns and the authentication keys for collation by to store them. The voice patterns are outputted from a voice output device 113, and the input of the authentication key corresponding to the output is received by an authentication key input part 106.
