PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience when a plurality of users use the same program in a receiver. SOLUTION: When a cellphone 40 decides that a JAR file to be downloaded is a program permitted with common use by content providers and is already installed into JAR storage 410b, the cellphone 40 does not download the JAR file, and identifies a user using the cellphone 40 at the present time. the cellphone 40 generates a memory area (a memory area for the user) storing data used when executing the JAR file, for the identified user, in a scratch pad 410c.
