PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output rotation with less variation by absorbing rotational variation. SOLUTION: This pulley unit comprises a one-way clutch 3 disposed between a pulley part 1 and an internal shaft part 2 and switching between a lock state and a free state according to a difference between these rotational speeds. A damper 6 for absorbing the rotational variation of the pulley part 1 is installed on at least one of the outer diameter and inner diameter sides of the one-way clutch 3.
