PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum forming machine capable of accurately aiding the forming of a sheet by a press mechanism without assistance when the sheet is formed by drawing a vacuum. SOLUTION: The sheet 22 softened under heating in order to be made easy to process is arranged along the surface 18a of a die 18, and a lower table 11 and an upper table 12 are relatively moved in a mutually approaching direction to hold the periphery of the sheet 22 by the frame member 23 provided on the upper table 12 and the lower table 11 on which the die 18 is placed. A vacuum is drawn through the hole 19 formed to the 18 not only to bring the sheet 22 into close contact with the die 18 but also to press the sheet 22 from the outside by the press mechanism 28 provided inside the frame member 23 to form the sheet 22. In this vacuum forming machine 10, correction means 26 and 27 for correcting the relative positional shift in a right-angled direction with respect to the up and down moving direction of the upper and lower tables 12 and 11 are provided.
