PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a useful unheated agent containing an active ingredient obtained by selecting the active ingredient suitable for an unheated transpiring method such as a fan-type or natural transpiration-type one. SOLUTION: The unheated transpiring agent contains an ester compound of a fluorine-substituted benzyl alcohol represented by formula (I) (wherein, R is hydrogen atom or methyl group) as the active ingredient and is supported by a chemical-carrier. Preferably, the unheated transpiring agent is in a shape of transpiring the active ingredient by the action of centrifugal force and/or wind force by a fan acted on the chemical-carrier, or in a shape of naturally transpiring the active ingredient from the chemical carrier formed of a cellulose base material having 200-2,000 cm<SP>2</SP>surface area.
