PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire bead ring racking method and device capable of saving an installing space, and arbitrarily setting an taking-out position. SOLUTION: The tire bead ring racking device comprises a first racking means 1 wherein a first racking conveyer 9 for racking the tire bead ring W is provided on a strut 7 so as to revolve between a racking position A and the taking-out position B, and a second racking means 3 wherein a second racking conveyer 19 for racking the tire bead ring W is provided on the strut 7 so as to revolve and ascend/descend between the racking position A and the taking-out position B. The tire bead ring W is hooked to the first racking conveyer 9 at the racking position A, and revolved and moved to the taking-out position B. Then, after the second racking conveyer 19 is ascended to move to the racking position A, the tire bead ring W is racked on the second racking conveyer 19. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
