PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image display device which enables an operator to efficiently observe many images. SOLUTION: The image data of tomographic images or the like are positioned and displayed in a matrix shape with series data in a row direction and the successive images of the same series in a column direction, and images are selected by using a cursor or a line on the position display. By displaying the selected tomographic image and line-displaying the position in a body axis direction of the tomographic image on the projection image of a living body and on a three-dimensional image, the operator can easily recognize the position in the body axis direction of the image.
