摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart sufficient bearing static strength and abrasion resistance and make it possible to prevent or delay the occurrence of defects in bearing, such as melting and seizure. SOLUTION: A journal bearing system 20 includes a bush 24 and a journal pin 22 provided inside this bush. One of the bush and the journal pin is provided with a fitting surface with a fitting length L, having a base material and a solid lubricant. The concentration of the solid lubricant varies along the fitting length L. Due to the non-uniform composition, the solid lubricant is provided with regions 50A, 50B having a relatively high concentration near its end parts 40A, 40B and center regions 52 having a relatively low concentration in its center part. Boundary lines between the high-concentration regions and low-concentration regions are present in positions of about 25% inward, with respect to the length L, from the end parts.
