PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood examination implement capable of simply separating a hemocyte and blood plasma or serum in superior recovery. SOLUTION: The blood examination implement is constituted by positively charging the inner wall of a capillary tube and arranging a positively charged hemocyte agglutinant in the capillary tube. Since a hemocyte agglutinate, agglutinated by the hemocyte agglutinant, has a negative charge on its surface and is held to the inner wall of the capillary tube by an ion coupling, the hemocyte and blood plasma or serum can be separated.
