The aluminum block is created by pressing or rolling in order to achieve a perfect and valuable looking quality. The container part of the urn as well as the lid are shaped with suitable machining techniques like drilling, turning, cutting or routing. The lid and the container are provided with an electrolyte coating, simultaneously hardening the aluminum and creating a particular color, dependent on the thickness of the coating.
