<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autotransfusion system in which blood transfusion can be performed to a patient in three procedures or consecutive processes by using a single device and single use circuit wherein an almost major part is not changed in the three process and a constructing elements of low costs are added or exchanged respectvely for individual processes. <P>SOLUTION: This autotransfusion system has: a first line and a first pump in which a first end part of the first line is connected to an intake of a centrifugal cell for blood, a branch of the first line is (i) connected to an erythrocyte container, (ii) equipped with a connection part, and (iii) is suitable for connecting with a patient, a second line which is connected to an outlet of a blood centrifugal cell and whose two branches are equipped with two connecting parts, and a third line and a second pump in which the third line is connected to the first line at a medium position between the first pump and the blood centrifugal separation cell and a branch of the third line is (i) connected to a physiological saline container and (ii) equipped with a connecting part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
