<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined type power system having a large power output capable of controlling speed change characteristics and solving an air pollution problem. <P>SOLUTION: The power system is provided with at least one electric driving device 200 driven by an electronic system, at least one oil-combustion type driving device 400, at least one automatic control clutch device 300, at least one continuous speed changer 800 and at least one system control device 100. The oil-combustion type driving device performs driving device by using general fuel oil as fuel, and the automatic control clutch device controls a separation and union operation between the oil-combustion type driving device 400 and the electric driving device 200. Then the continuous speed changer can perform continuous speed change while driving through the electric driving device 200, and can drive itself by containing a certain power source.
