<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for ink jet recording which excels in the scuffing resistance and water resistance of an ink receiving layer in a wet state and in the water resistance of an image, while maintaining the image quality of a usual sheet for ink jet recording that is the basic characteristic thereof, and also excels in the dispersibility of an inorganic filler in a coating liquid for forming the ink receiving layer. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet for ink jet recording has the ink receiving layer provided on a base. The ink receiving layer is formed by applying and drying the coating liquid for forming the receiving layer which contains (A) the inorganic filler and an emulsion of a resin having (B) a hydroxyl group as a binder and a protective colloid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
