<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source lamp in which a light emitting tube and a reflector are adequately fixed in position with sufficient strength, and to provide a production method therefor and a projector that has the light source lamp. <P>SOLUTION: From the side of the reflecting face 21 of the reflector 20, a first adhesive 41 is injected into a gap 40 between the center hole 24 of the reflector 20 into which a light emitting tube 10 is inserted and the sealing section 13a of the light emitting tube 10 and the adhesive 41 is dried temporarily, thereafter a second adhesive 42 is injected into the gap from a face side opposite from reflecting face 21, and the adhesive is dried. Thus, the light source lamp 1 is produced. In addition, the viscosity of the first adhesive 41 is higher than that of the second adhesive 42. Thus, accuracy in the positions of the light emitting tube and the reflector is ensured by temporary fixing with the first adhesive whose viscosity is high.
