PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated metal sheet which is excellent in coating adhesion and low in environmental load. SOLUTION: In the coated metal sheet, on the surface of a metal sheet or a plated metal sheet containing zinc and aluminum as main components, at least a coat layer mainly containing an oxide and/or a hydroxide of a metal excluding chromium and an organic resin layer are laminated.
