<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture method by which ultrasonic wave irradiation corresponding to culture conditions can be performed for the differentiation induction, proliferation promotion, and the like, of cells, and to provide an apparatus therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The cell culture apparatus equipped with a culture tank comprising a lid portion and a receiver portion for receiving cells to be cultured and a culture liquid and with an ultrasonic transducer for irradiating ultrasonic waves on the cells from the lower side of the receiving portion is characterized in that the lid portion is a silicone member having a convex portion to be inserted into the receiving portion to contact with the surface of the culture liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
