PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a book in superior binding which is appropriate for sticking a piece of paper or the like thereto. SOLUTION: This bookbinding method has a preparatory process wherein a cover for the book in superior binding, the body for this book, a plurality of contact-bonding sheets which can be contact-bonded to each other and a plate-shaped object are prepared, a contact-bonding process wherein a stuck sheet is formed by contact-bonding first and second contact-bonding sheets together, a first fixing process wherein the plate-shaped object is covered with the stuck sheet, with the first contact-bonding sheet inside, by fixing the back of the plate-shaped object to this sheet, a second fixing process wherein the plate-shaped object covered with the stuck sheet and the body for the book in superior binding are superposed, with the positions of the backs thereof aligned, and fixed together, a cutting process wherein the body for the book and the plate-shaped object are cut in a state wherein they are superposed, and a fitting process of the cover to the book in superior binding wherein the cover is so fitted to the body of the book as to hold the body and the object between in the state wherein these are superposed.
