PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus and a system between WWW servers capable of solving a conventional problem that a photograph is taken although photograph image data cannot be stored in a WWW server. SOLUTION: In the photograph system arranged such that an image information management unit and an imaging apparatus are communicable with each other, the imaging apparatus comprises an imaging means, a means for receiving event information from the image information management unit, a means for controlling photographing operation depending on the event information thus received, and a means for transmitting an image photographed by the photographing means to the image information management unit. The image information management unit comprises an event information managing means, a means for transmitting the event information from the image information managing means to the imaging apparatus, and a means for receiving the photographed image from the imaging unit depending on the event information in the event information managing means and storing that image.
