PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and wide-band multifrequency antenna and an information terminal device equipped with it. SOLUTION: A multifrequency antenna 31 comprises a circuit board 7, a bottom board 7a provided to the circuit board 7, a conductor board 1 arranged to face the bottom board 7a or near the bottom board 7a, a feeder terminal 2 that transfers a current from a feeder source 21 to the conductor board 1, a ground terminal 3 for connecting the conductor board 1 to the bottom board 7a, and a phase control means 4 for reflecting by phase-controlling the current fed to the conductor board 1 from the feeder terminal 2.
