PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw mechanism capable of inhibiting the separation of a circulating tube without wasting man-hours. SOLUTION: This ball screw mechanism has the relationship in dimensions to keep the elastic force based on the deformation until a head 5h of a headed screw 5e is brought into contact with an inner peripheral face of a large-diameter part 3a, in a state of fitting a nut 5 to the large-diameter part 3a of a rotating shaft 3. As a spring washer 5g remains the elastic force even in a state the maximum headed screw 5e is drawn out, a tube retaining member 5f can be fixed by the elastic force, and the displacement of the circulating tube 5a can be inhibited.
