PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition that has such specific characters as an excellent adhesiveness to a nonpolar base material, especially to an adhesion retardant or a nonpolar base material not surface-treated, however does not show tackiness, has good solubility in an aromatic and nonaromatic solvent and has good compatibility with other resins, and to provide a water dispersion of the same. SOLUTION: The modified polyolefin resin composition comprises as a main component a resin composition (C) produced by graft copolymerization of a polyolefin resin with at least one kind of (meth)acrylamide derivative (A) whose homopolymer has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of not more than 100°C.
