PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a security in a locker system capable of accessing a centralized controller. SOLUTION: An ALL password and an area password corresponding to the centralized controller 20 to be considered as an access object are registered in a management device 1. The ALL password is registered in all of locker groups A1, A2 of the same company. The area password is considered as unique passwords for each of the locker groups A1 and A2. A user name, a personal password and access levels are registered in the management device 1. The user name at an access level 1 is authenticated by the area password when accessing the centralized controller 20. In the case of access levels 2, 3, 4, the user names are authenticated by the ALL password. In the management device 1, functions to be executed according to the access levels are restricted.
