PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a defect that adjustment is expensively performed concerning an output voltage value stabilized by the voltage regulator 2 of a conventional circuit with a countermeasure for shortening an overshoot recovery time taken therein since the voltage of a reference voltage 12 has to be adjusted linked with an actual output voltage. SOLUTION: A voltage held by charging a stable output Vout voltage in a capacity is compared with a voltage divided to be the voltage being a little lower than the stable output Vout voltage, so as to detect overshoot.
