PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for dripping liquid crystal that drip the liquid crystal directly on a glass substrate including at least one liquid crystal panel. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal dripping apparatus comprises a container 122 filled with liquid crystal, a discharge pump 140 which sucks and discharges the liquid crystal filled in the container 122 and discharges it, a nozzle 150 for dripping the liquid crystal discharged from the discharge pump 140 on the substrate, and a control section 200 which calculates the amount of liquid crystal dripped on the substrate and controls the dripping amount of liquid crystal by correcting a dripping pattern of liquid crystal for a liquid crystal panel larger than a set area and correcting a single-time dripping amount for a liquid crystal panel smaller than the set area.
