PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-directional coupler which is new and can be integrated and whose operating parameter is not influenced by variation in element. SOLUTION: A non-directional coupler includes semiconductor bonding in series with a capacitor. The semiconductor bonding is formed such that the threshold frequency for which the semiconductor bonding operates as a rectifier becomes lower than the operation frequency of the coupler.
