摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an assembling structure for a tripping electromagnetic solenoid of a circuit breaker so that a low cost and high reliability can be attained by simplifying the assembling and stabilizing of the releasing operation. SOLUTION: The release type electromagnetic solenoid in which a permanent magnet regularly attracts and retains a plunger in a waiting position, a releasing coil electrified in response to a tripping signal gives a demagnetizing field to the permanent magnet to release the plunger is constituted as follows. The solenoid is composed of an assembly composed of the release coil 10 wound on a coil winding frame 10a formed of a resin molded product, the ring-like permanent magnet 18 arranged concentrically therewith, a yoke 12 composed of a combination of a U-shaped frame 14 and a flat frame 15, the plunger 9 with a stepped structure having a major-diameter tip 9b and a minor-diameter shank 9c; and the releasing spring 13 for energizing the plunger to a release position. A magnet support guide 10a-1 extending downward is integrally molded on the coil winding frame to fit and hold the ring-like permanent magnet. A plunger guide 19 made of a nonmagnetic material is provided on the inside surface of a through-hole in the upper surface of the yoke, which is penetrated by the shank of the plunger, to guide and support the plunger without uneven attraction.
