PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee forming apparatus with which the slope of a curved levee as seen in a mountainous area and in a small paddy field is shaped. SOLUTION: The levee forming apparatus is equipped with a wheel 7 rotated and driven by the driving shaft 5A of a small-sized travel machine 1 such as a hand tractor, furrow shaving tines 11 and 13 that are rotated and driven by a driving shaft 5B at the levee side of the small-sized travel machine 1 and shave the bottom of a levee 2, a slope shaving tine 15 that is arranged at the outside of the furrow shaving tines 11 and 13 and slantingly shaves the levee 2, a top shaving tine 17 that is arranged at the outside of the slope shaving tine 15 and shaves the top 2B of the levee and a slope pressing body 25 that is shaken and driven in the slope direction of the levee 2 by a shaking and driving mechanism D2 which is arranged at the rear part of the tines and connected to the driving shaft of the small-sized travel machine 1 so as to press the top 2B or a conical pressing body 20 of slope, which is rotated and driven by a rotating and driving mechanism D3 so as to press the slope.
