The device has a light source with a light conducting rod (1) at one end and LEDs (3), having a contacting agent, at another end, where light from the LEDs enter into the rod. A heat shrink tube (7) forms a cord grip for an electric current inlet cable (8) for installing a hang-up equipment (9). The LEDs and the agent are fused in a plastic disk. The device reflects and/or refracts sunlight.
